- Modern Work & Security (MW&S) and Cloud Security: I bring a wealth of knowledge in M365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Windows & Cloud Endpoint, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Identity and Access Management, Information Protection, Governance & Risk Management, and Compliance Management. I’ve implemented CISA’s recommended baseline security configurations.
- Unified Communications and Collaboration: I possess in-depth knowledge of solution architecture, design, and implementation for Cloud and hybrid messaging/unified Communications and Collaboration environments, including Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone & Rooms, WebEx, Zoom, and other conferencing platforms.
